HUD not loading on random tournaments
Hi, I'm using hand2note version 4.1.138 and for some reason the HUD is not loading (nor do the hands seem to be tracked) on some tournaments on PokerStars. For example, today it was the 01-M: $33 NLHE. The HUD loads on other completely similar tournaments, but no matter if I restart PokerStars, hand2note, or my entire computer, the HUD still doesn't load. I noticed this on some other tournaments as well and in all cases there was seemingly nothing different between the ones where it loads and where it doesn't load.
Any advice?

Could you please take a screenshot where we can see your table and Hand2Note window while playing?
Make sure to screenshot full windows with all borders in the frame. In Hand2Note 4, open the Updates section and select your Room.

Contacted support and they kindly informed me that the learner subscription is capped at $22 buyins, so my fault for not remembering this!
