H2N3 Not Launching – Need Access to Recover My Custom Configurations and Stats

The H2N3 version is not working at all. The program doesn’t even open — here is the link for reference: https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/301/h... . I’ve paid for this software and I’m not getting any response from your side.

Regarding H2N4, the new version, it’s been extremely frustrating. Many things didn’t import properly, and I had to manually redo a lot of work I had already done. In particular, my Range Research classifications were not transferred. I invested a lot of time creating them, and now I can’t even access them.

Also, many of the custom stats I had created did not copy correctly, and now I have to rebuild them manually, which is taking an enormous amount of time. At the very least, I need to be able to open H2N3 just to check how things were configured — otherwise, I’ll be forced to rethink and rebuild everything from scratch, which is extremely time-consuming.

If you're forcing users to migrate to H2N4, fine — but please, let me open H2N3 so I can at least recover my structure and configuration.

I need a real solution and urgent support.
