today it asked to login and when i do i get this message and software doesnt open

how can this 60$ piece of software work so terribly bad?

Please close Hand2Note, then delete the following file: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note 4.1\jwt-token. After that, open this exact link in an incognito mode or using another browser: https://hand2note.com/LoginToHand2Note and proceed with the login procedure.

Please make sure you don't use VPN or proxy services before doing that.
