I can't log in
Hi, after purchasing Hand2Note, I tried to log in but it said the information I entered was incorrect. I'm pretty sure the information is correct and think it's a mistake. Anyway, I tried to recover my password, entered my email address, but no recovery email was sent.
How can I fix this? I'd also like to log in to get support. Where can I find direct support besides here?

Could you please specify, on which website are you experiencing this issue - Hand2Note 3 or Hand2Note 4? Perhaps you are entering the login and password from the Hand2Note 3 website on the Hand2Note 4 site?
Please note that you should create a separate account on the Hand2Note 4 website, as the email and password from Hand2Note 3 will not work.
Hand2Note 4 and Hand2Note 3 are two different programs. Having an account or subscription on the Hand2Note 3 website does not affect the functionality of the new version.
To use Hand2Note 4.1, you have to create a new account on the new Hand2Note 4 website: Registration.
The Hand2Note 3 key cannot be used in this version. To activate the HUDs purchased for Hand2Note 3, you should create a new account with the same email used on the Hand2Note 3 site.
If the issue is on the Hand2Note 3 website, please try the following:
1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or simply try using a different browser.
2. If the first step didn't help, try using incognito mode in your browser.
3. If the issue persists, restore your password and use the latest restored password to log in: Hand2Note - Restore password .
