H2N 4.1 at launch always points me to login on the H2N-webpage, doing so.......and back to the beginning. What can I do about that (have active subscription)?

Is there a quicker way to get support for H2N? Whole day no answer, can't use the overpriced soft = me losing money.

The login issue may occur if your browser has outdated cache or cookies. Simply log out and log back in on the website, then restart Hand2Note - that usually resolves the problem.
If the issue persists:
1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
2. Try using a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge, since some browser extensions may block the launch of other applications. https://hand2note.com/LoginToHand2Note
3. First, log into the Hand2Note 4 site manually, and then start Hand2Note 4.1.
4. During the first launch of Hand2Note 4.1, you should click OK. If you don't see the login windows, Try hovering over the Hand2Note shortcut in the taskbar, perhaps the login window is behind of the loading window.
