Is there anyway to get my money back?

So I purchased this software back in February and it has been nothing but trouble. Every time I try and open Hand2Note there is one issue or another. I get a support person to come in and they walk me through a bunch of hoops, but I'm seriously just fed up with how much garbage this software actually is. Like can I ever just open hand2note without a ****ing issue. Just like one time. Honestly holy ****ing ****!

I feel conned and wish that nobody ever has to go through what I have. I'm just so ****ing done trying to work with this garbage software that doesn't even work half the time. Support is the only good thing about this software, but dear god. The company just doesn't seem to care about having a product that actually works.
