I wanted to activate the trial period, but when I installed the software, a window appears asking me to enter my code. I click cancel and another window appears asking me to connect to the server/check for updates, and it never goes any further. This happens to me with both H2N 3 and 4.

The trial activates automatically only on the first launch and is available once. Please try canceling the license key prompt - the program should then start. If you still see infinite loading, it most likely means the program has already been launched on this device before.
Unfortunately, there is no option to reactivate or extend it - this applies to both Hand2Note 4.1 and Hand2Note 3. You can purchase a subscription, and if the program does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 7 days.
