Incorrect "Hours of Day" Statistics - Hands Not Grouped in Correct Time Slots
Dear Hand2Note Development Team,
I've discovered an issue with the "Hours of Day" statistics feature in your software. The hands are not being correctly assigned to their proper hourly time slots, which is causing inaccurate statistical analysis.
Issue Description:
- The time-based grouping function appears to be misallocating poker hands to incorrect hours
- This results in unreliable hourly performance statistics
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello!
Thanks for contacting Hand2Note Support.
Perhaps you have incorrect time zone shift for your room. Could you please do the following:
1. Play several hands.
2. Then, open the Sessions section and select your nickname.
3. Set the Date Range to All Time.
4. Compare the time on your computer with the time of the last played hand:

5. The time difference should be set in Configuration -> Rooms -> Your Room -> Time Zone Shift.

For example, if the setting was 0, and the time of the played hand is displayed in the future (4 hours from now), set the value to -4.
6. Rebuild the statistics and check.
If that doesn't help. Could you please play a few new hands and write down their actual time? After that, export them and send all the information to [email protected]
To export the hands, you can try the following:
1. Open Reports.
2. Select the necessary Nickname, or Alias.
3. Go to the Hands tab.
4. Right-click and select Export hands.

Thanks in advance!
