Not all hands from coin poker are being recorded
For some reasons not all hands are being recorded in hand2note when I play on
coin poker.
Here is my first hand that I had, but which wasnt recorded for some reasons, even though hand2note was running and you also could see the hud stats running as well.
AJ was a later hand that I played, but even after refreshing the session I didnt get the original hand K2o.
I had this problem already several times and were wondering why it happens.

Sorry for the delay with an answer.
We didn't receive any reports of a similar issue. Could you please provide us with additional information so we can check it out?
Could you, please, do the following:
1. Close Hand2Note.
2. Delete the log folder from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note4.1\logs
3. Run Hand2Note.
4. Reproduce the issue and record a short video so we can see the table titles and your PC's time.
5. Close Hand2Note.
6. Zip the folder with new logs C:\Program Files\Hand2Note 4.1\logs with all subfolders
7. Send us the logs folder (from step 6) and video from step 4 to [email protected]
We'll carefully check that and do our best to fix it!
