what it's gonna be
As my subscription will expire in March and I like to plan ahead, these are my comments to your H2N Learner subscription:
- "Max database size:- 200k hands": this BS, you force users to make a new database very frequently, so loosing out on data gathered a few weeks ago if high-volume-player. Also population-analysis becomes somewhat unusable with these limitations. And please spare us from this ******ed link to purchasing the full version, when database is close to max! If someone wanted/could purchase the full version, he would have done so. So this link is outright ******ed!
- "All features except: - Custom filter in Reports": well, awesome! Have to rely on your "expert"-choice in filters which you have shown in default board-categories. Hint, they suck, they suck as much as possible!
All in all, not gonna to renew my subscription. H2N was a nice ride, despite statistics being somewhat sloppy inaccurate (HM2-NoteCaddy is the gold-standard). HUD was very responsive (no lag) compared to competitors and dynamic HUD was nuts......most major sites just don't allow it anymore, so that selling point is also gone. Custom-stats were also good, but not nuts, a mixture of H2N and NoteCaddy would have been nuts, not going to expand on that (as I won't renew my subscription), but there are a few spots were H2N really sucks compared to NC.
200 bucks/year for a micro-stakes player with these limitations, for anyone considering this, don't even bother to play Poker, because you won't even beat NL2 nowadays. I understand the desire of a company (person?) to cash in on invested time and to make a buck on top. H2N 3 for free on micro-stakes was a steal, but that doesn't mean that you now need to break everyone. Your payment-plans are completely off and at least me as customer you won't see anymore.
Almost forgot: your multiway all_in-EV is bugged. Forgot the exact situation, but when I was all-in with a small-stack and a similar stack, small stack sucked out, I sucked out on the big-stack, my EV went way down despite having to be 50:50 at max.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
The Learner subscription is designed for players who are new to poker and to Hand2Note, users who do not yet have large databases and who do less in-depth analysis.
Players who need full functionality can always purchase or upgrade to the PRO version, and the remaining Learner days will be recalculated.
Thank you for the information regarding multiway all-in EV.
We will definitely check whether this issue really exists and forward the details to our development team.
I came here just for say the same. This is overpriced. Thanks, bye bye. I used to use hand2note occasionaly for review some spots with my database, but at that price tag, I am not renewing, it's exagerated. Please come back to previous model with no limitations on database and limitations on stakes, that was fair.
