Problem launching Hand2Note 4

I am trying to launch Hand2Note 4 as usual, but there is a message: "You'll need an account to continue. Click the button below to log in or sign up on our website." I click the link and go to my Hand2Note account. There is a message "Login Sucessfull. Launch Hand2Note Desktop App" and there is a button "Launch Hand2Note". I click this button, the app starts, but I receive the initial message "You'll need an account to continue. Click the button below to log in or sign up on our website." Vicious circle, I can't launch the app. I have active pro license. What can I do?

Here are three possible solutions you can try:

1. Try using a different browser or Incognito mode.

2. Try turning your VPN on or off, or switch to another location.

3. Delete the cookies for your browser.

How to clear cookies (short guide):

Google Chrome / Brave / Edge:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

2. Select Cookies and other site data.

3. Click Clear data.

Firefox:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

2. Check Cookies.

3. Click Clear now.

Safari (macOS):

1. Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy.

2. Click Manage Website Data.

3. Select Remove All.

If none of these options helped, please open the root folder of Hand2Note 4.1.
By default, it is installed here:
C:\Program Files\Hand2Note 4.1\

Check if there is a file called β€œjwt-token” inside this folder.

If the file is present, please delete it and then launch Hand2Note again.
