Hand2note does not automatically import my PokerStars hands

That's it. In the settings, the auto-import option is enabled, the path is correct, the language is English, the PokerStars username is correct... Before, when I clicked on “clear stats” and imported them again, it automatically refreshed my hands, but now it has reached a point where even that doesn't work. Any ideas?
