Multiplayer reports: players not appearing

Hello!
As the title says in the multiple player reports whenever i select anything literally thousands of players dont appear. No matter what search criteria i put. I have about 8 different colour markers and when selected almost all the players dont appear in the list even though they appear in the single player list(with the colour tag). Same thing happens when i select players with a certain number of hands played, vpip, pfr... dont know what the bug is or what causes this issue. I tried rebuilding, exporting hands and reimporting them into a new database but nothing works. Like this the multiplayer report is completely useless, sadly, and the colour marker system i was really excited about when i purchased hand2note as it should make it very easy to analyse a certain player type as well. Any idea why this is happening?
