We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This is a known bug, and our developers are already aware of it.
The issue will be fixed in one of the upcoming updates.
Ah thank you for the fast answer.
One side note maybe: I used the HUD for 1 month without any issues then when the Membership expired i created a new Account for the HUD with a different mail, maybe this messed something up?
Isd there any other way to check what hand just got played?
Its really bad for me personally if i cant check the previous played hand :/

Unfortunately, our developers have not fixed this issue yet.
However, we hope it will be improved in the next update.
You can check this directly in Hand2Note.
Simply click on the Hand2Note logo on the table and select the “Last Hands” option.
A small window will open showing the most recent hands from that table.
If needed, you can also open the Replayer.
If you would like, you can set up a hotkey for this.
