Not importing hands from ACR tournament summary
The hands are formatted as OTS files but no matter what I do, they will not import. My Hand2note is up to date.

There are two types of files in ACR:
.txt – saved in C:\ACR Poker\handHistory\Username.
They contain hand histories and are supported in both H2N3 and H2N4.1.
.ots – saved in C:\ACR Poker\TournamentSummary.
They contain only tournament info and winnings and are supported only in H2N4.1.
These files do not contain any hand histories.
To have hands imported during play and for the HUD to update, you need to add the folder with the .txt files.
Files .ots by themselves will not import hands, as they do not contain hand histories.
Also, you can check if the .txt files are being saved in the folder. Please close Hand2Note and play some tournament hands.
