iPoker (PokerStars on FanDuel) continuing to not act right
... basically, we can't trust anything.
The win/loss numbers are vastly wrong, even when it's clearly got the right numbers, based on what it archives to it's archive directory. Also, I can tell for sure, that it is completely incorrect about 3B pre-flop stats, as it hardly *ever* increments the 3B numbers whenever someone 3Bets pre and everyone else remaining in the hand folds. But sometimes it does.
Therefore, none of the other stats can be trusted, since one that is glaringly obvious to be able to monitor is not trustable.
And I can't give you a pile of handhistories and tournament summaries that exhibit this behavior, because the program deletes the handhistories and tournament summaries after it ingests them.
So... what do?
should i just play next weekend without h2n, and then send you the entire weekend worth of it, so you can check it all out? I'm sure you'll find that things are wildly inaccurate. Ooh, I just came across a guy that I've got a 200 hand history on, and he's got a 50 VP/50 PFR ... and I've seen 6 hands, and they were all AA. That seems incredibly unlikely.

You can check your iPoker hands in this archive folder:
C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N4
It contains hand histories from PokerStars, iPoker, Winamax, WPN, and 888/Party (rooms with auto-import enabled).
If you have a hand that you believe was not calculated correctly or was processed incorrectly, could you please send it to us?
If some hands are not being imported into Hand2Note at all, could you please record a video demonstrating the issue and send us the logs as well?
We would also like to note that iPoker mining has a known limitation: player winrates may be displayed incorrectly. If you use mining on iPoker, player winrates may be inaccurate.
Also, could you please check the following:
1. All programs are running as administrator.
2. The entire Hand2Note folder and poker room folders are added to Windows Defender exclusions. Smart App Control is disabled.
3. Could you please ensure that you have installed all necessary updates.

Ipoker → 4.72
If the updates are not installed, could you please do these following steps:
1. Close all poker rooms.
2. Install the updates.
3. Restart Hand2Note.
