I can´t import
I am trying to import some hand histories from GG Poker into H2N, but the program displays an error stating that no hands were detected. I have verified that the software is fully updated. Could you please help me figure out how to format or import them correctly?

It is necessary to import the hands downloaded from GG pokercraft directly without using third-party converters.
If you play tournaments, please download and import both the hand history files and the tournament summary files. The summary files contain the tournament results.
!! Could you please make sure that you have extracted the folder downloaded from the website.Move the files from it and import them. !!
Please reset the date filter during import.
If it does not work, please try creating a new database and importing hands into it.
Also, if you made any changes to game types, please reset the settings and rebuild the statistics. After that, repeat the hand import.
