Stable profit split adjustements

Hey everyone,
I’ve got a question for those of you who are currently in a stable or have been staked in the past.

What are your experiences when it comes to renegotiating the deal / profit split?

I’m mainly curious about:

When you were able to improve your cut for the first time
(after how many games, how much sample, or after how many weeks/months)

Whether there were certain milestones that led to the change
(steady EV over X chips, moving up stakes, consistent volume, coaching contributions, etc.)
