meh. Have been dieting a little - mainly fasting 3-4 mornings per week and cutting out some of the late evening mini snacking and am down 1.5kg. But it seems to have affected my pressing a little and also my recovery between sets
perhaps relatedly, I've run out of testosterone so haven't been doing my TRT microdosing. am waiting for a doc appointment to get a new scrip
I think you said you were doing injections but then started using a gel pump? Which do you plan to continue with? I just started using a gel pump yesterday but it seems even though my insurance "covers" it, it's likely more expensive than injections.

I’m making the decision today when I order my new batch. Am thinking I might stick with injections tbh. Twice a week seems easier than every day? And it’s also supposed to be a little more effective?

I feel it's actually easier for me to do it every day along with medications I already take rather than trying to do it on some other schedule.
In terms of being more or less effective, I'm not sure. My Dr said it shouldn't really make a difference, although I also have seen some indications that for strength/performance injections are better. Although, I haven't researched that too much. In general I'm fine with needles but I don't love giving my dog shots and I don't think I'd enjoy giving them to myself. My wife does not like needles and I don't think she could be convinced to give me injections unless there was no other option lol.
Wow breaking news, the Yugoslavian getting all T'd up. In before 225 bench press and 3 daily sessions with the wife. Oh wait she american, maybe meet up feel wrath in Brazil.

Yeah, although I don't think the dose is all that high. Can't hurt - I feel like **** most days no matter how long I try to stay in bed. Also had a sleep study done two nights ago but the person administering it wouldn't tell me anything about the results - gotta wait 2 weeks for that. It seems it wasn't severe though or they would have strapped on a cpap mask during the night.

I did an hgh cycle about 5 years ago and that was daily injections and tbh that was easier, more convenient than the twice weekly ones I do now because it becomes habitual whereas doing it eg Mon and Thurs it’s easier to forget
Injections are fine, so long as you have the right pins.
