Loss weight ideas???
i did 1 minute on the ergo three days ago, the day fter that i ran 50m and did five presss ups. Im 31 and weight 109kg. yesterfday i selpt for 30 hours.
what would progress me to lose weight? ideally 88-91kg is my goal.....
diet? I don't want to cheat with keto, am a drinker (got advised to drink vodka or white gran rum, not whiskey or b eer)
I drink between 10-15 coffees a day, for metabo0lism and just got a new laptop hence posting here (again). Is this healthy or would green tea and green tea supplements be healthier?
I really don't want to put on muscle but happy to do weights if it burns fat. I followed starting strength years ago, could squat 240kg and bench 70kg, roundabouts.
thanks, in advance

playing lots of golf worked for me. walk, dont ride a cart. carry your bag on your shoulder.
eat less food, drink fewer calories, stay active.
exercise isn't going to be the thing. It's helpful but weight loss is 90% calorie consumption
I find eating lots of lean protein is the key. fills me up for longer and prevents me from snacking on carbs and ****.
also 10-15 coffees a day is ludicrous. not healthy
I have mainly regular meals, times, sizes. I know if the total amount adds to losing fat or gaining it. I eat enough, and that is the only way for me to keep the results good.
Log every thing you eat into ChatGPT. Know your calories and where you need to be at.
It's not for everyone but do some research on fasting and intermittent fasting. Personally I am 100% sold on the idea. There are lots of books, you tubes, blogs etc. It works for me but YMMV.
Find out what number of calories is your maintenance weight. There are tdee calculators or use chatgpt. Then eat that number minus 500 calories. You'll lose a pound a week. If you lift twice a week and do some extra walking/cardio, you'll lose more weight but weight loss will be based on what you eat almost entirely.
Prioritize protein consumption. It will help make you feel fuller.
10-15 coffees a day is beyond absurd.
