Well if you want an answer most of my back training is centered around pulldowns (small to mid grip) and T-bar rows.
That's basically it that I do right now honestly.

Since 2008 on my 19th birthday. But I did olympic lifting and strength based stuff until 2018 when i switched to bb. Made a ton of stupid mistakes but I think I'm on the right track.

Thanks man; I do relatively few pulldowns tbh. T-bars I like chest supported by the movement feels bad when i do the free weights version.

Only did biceps today, might go to the gym again and do do triceps later before my nightly live session of grinding cash games

Machine curl:

Cable rope curls:

17.5 x11

and that was it, i usually do 10 sets per muscle group about twice per week.
honestly lately I've been suffering from crippling fatigue and anxiety.
had two rough years where i really CBA to get into details but i have had it tough.
been dumped by two different GFs and was locked up 2022 and 2023 because i suffered a total mental breakdown.
quit school this year and only focused on poker which has gone well very good and right now kind of bad.
didnt train for 6 weeks this in september/october which put a dent to my physique
ill bump a post of my former glorious physique for anyone wondering.

edit: ive hopped one some SARMS (ligandrol aka LGD-4033) if anyone has questions bout PEDs i can answer those swell.
and honestly my answer is, don't do them if you are not competing or has been training seriously at least for 6-7 years.
i was on the whole pharmacy for my latest competition and it ****ed me up good and i will never do it again.


did triceps yesterday, went ok. got some goooood soreness in both my triceps today.
don't remember exactly the weights but i did triceps pushdowns with rope, extensions behind the head with dumbbell and lying triceps extension with dumbbell all in all 10 sets.

today i did biceps.

Dumbbell curls:
12kg x12
12kg x12
14kg x12
16kg x12

Machine curl:
40 (lbs) x12
50 x12
60 x12

Rope curl in cable curl:
16 x12
19 x12
21 x12

and that was it

No testo atm since I am afraid of needles and cant pin myself lol.
7.5mg LGD ed, so far no suppression or anything. Will keep going on low dose this cycle. Then I take a break until may next year which I will go on 15mg so I am ****ed up good for next summer.


This is my daily form.

Yesterday I did a very simple chest workout.

Machine pec deck:
40 x12
60 x12
60 x12
90 x12

Smith chest press:
40kg x12
40kg x12
40kg x12
45kg x12

Yeah ik its just 8 sets but each one except the first warmup set is pure quality movement wise.

Suffering from brutal fatigue at times, right now on my way to work and I have downed two energy drinks and eaten some chocolate for quick energy. So Yeah my 2h workouts are no longer a thing, i just dont got the energy ...


I probably wouldn't run any oral without a test base, but nfi how LGD actually works or if it aromatizes sufficiently to not need test with it.

2 hr workouts are counterproductive; you're basically doing enough volume already.

Dude get off the sarms and get those T levels back up to 600+ ng/dl.

It's probably a limp dick fest right about now. That low energy is a huge red flag.

Still look great though, maybe a little gyno starting to show. Estrogen levels might be off the roof.

Anyways, don't know much about this stuff so just ignore. But please get some blood work and see what's up (in this case, whats down).

no hermano testo levels are allright, im suffering from some other condition (tbh thought it was cancer but got bloodwork and they showed no real worries of cancer)

Ligandrol has been a game changer.
My fatigue is barely there, and I am stronger - also feel stronger mentally.
I am running the lowest dose Ligandrol which really shouldn't need any PCT (7.5mg ed).

today i did back!
man i suck i barely remember the weights lol but i did 4 sets of wide grip pulldowns and 4 set of t bar rows with increasing weights but where i lower the reps for each increase in weight.




Pumped up my chest today
Max was a single on 127kg i think.
Then I did 5 sets of 10 reps in the Peck deck max set was only 110 pounds but got a really good pump!

Tomorrow is ****ing legs, lets ****ing go!!!!


Pec Deck (or the Flye equivalent that we have) is about the best thing for a chest pump IME. Blows it up like nothing else and is a great finisher

Well I changed my plan. Energy levels depleted so I went for just biceps and low reps.

Biceps:
12kg x8
16kg x8
20kg x8
24kg x6

Machine curl:
50(lbs) x8
60 x8
70 x8

Cable rope curl:
21.5 x8
25 x8
27.5 x8

That was it!


Did 8 sets of lateral raises @6kg final 2 sets was 20 and 25 reps.
Nothing more to account for today.
