I'm surprised no one has posted about this yet. Any locals seen the impacts at any MGM properties? The MGM Resorts Vegas websites are all still down.

Caesars cancelled the DefCon security/hacker conference in August with no reason given, but I'm assuming this is fall-out / scapegoating from the MGM and Ceasars hack.
