Best place to watch UFC fights in Vegas? PPV or non pay per view

Any of the Station’s brand casinos will have the UFC fights on, they have “exclusive” rights to show them in Vegas since the owner used to own UFC before selling it (I think other casinos can pay a fee to show it however). Closest to strip would be Palace Station.
