Yeah, I can't picture chip with a smug know it all look on his face.

But did anyone have doubts about how the ELD story would turn out? The guy was in trauma from having to actually go to a store and pay for a bottle of Gatorade and complete meltdown over losing less than a buy-in.

What happens when his beater of a nomad mobile needs tires or, God forbid, actually needs a repair? How is he going to smugly explain a transmission replacement since he is such an expert driver?

It was only a matter of time for reality to puncture the poker pro fantasy world of ELD. When do you think he last bought a new pair of short pants or a new t-shirt? The dude dresses himself straight out of the second hand Goodwill store and was so pleased over buying a cheap leather belt for his temp job. It's not a sustainable lifestyle, sooner or later, the cosmic chaotic forces of the universe would deliver a disaster upsetting the living on the edge apple cart of everybody else is doing it wrong poker life.

Sadly for ELD, Potawatomi is 1/3 and has a max of $500 now. Looking forward to a future meltdown video from WI.

Also sadly for El Diesel is that he sucks at the poker. Just nitty enough to turn a meager profit, but not good enough to elevate to a sustainable living. He is stuck in poker purgatory.

btw, the sportsbetting community discovered el diesel with his hotel room cooking series and all fell in love with him instantly, pretty sure 90% of his audience is this thread and the now defunct RAS discord server

Diesel seems to really be going downhill, who couldve possibly seen his poker career going down the toilet, im really surprised, he seemed so with it mentally and sharp as a tact and not at all completely insane and ******ed.

Hes a real professional poker player and im just a loser hater afterall who could never hack it in the live 1-2 streets.

Live poker is literally booming like never before, to not be able to crush 1-2 is just a joke honestly and just says how unserious you are about poker, which is no surprise with el diesel since hes a complete failure and loser at everything he does

ELD reports from the roadside about his long poker grinding sleeping only three hours per night but that in 2024 he no longer expects great games. Of course all liability for ELD's performance rests on the poker infrastructure in Vegas and the villianous opponents and ELD is wholly without negligence or blame.

However he lets the cat out of the bag by pointing out the reason for that was due to him grinding freerolls.

I love how Diesel frames all the casino hopping in Vegas as necessary to find good games when it's really to get action cause he's a super nit. He also casino hops to qualify and/or take advantage of multiple promos in each room.

Maybe, just maybe there's a high likelihood of good games at South Point and Red Rock late at night and especially on the weekends.

Nah, let's rotate Horseshoe and MGM and Westgate in the daytime hours to early evenings nonstop then complain how the games are bad in Vegas.

Here's a little known fact about Vegas poker. The local regs are worse than recs on the Strip. For the most part, bad local regs will stay bad and never improve. They are set in their ways to play. Also lots of retirees with money and willing to gamble.

But no, Diesel wants to play with local regs that are doing the same thing as him, grinding $10/hr from poker and promos. Shocking that he struggles to find good games.

Not ONE single word about how he maybe can do something himself about the issues he is feeling in regards to Vegas poker. Slowly opening up his game a little bit,no? Maybe try to give a little bit of something to the game once in a while in the form of putting a couple of dollars in a pot without the stone nutz?

This is just classic wannabe livepros that never adjusted on the fly one single time in a game of poker. No Diesel wants to keep vpiping below 10 percent, only 3 bet KK/AA and only stackoff with the effective nutz in every spot= complaining about not getting into good games anymore LOL.

I was hoping to play with El Diesel especially when he played some 2-5. Would have been fun to post about some hands here (wouldn’t be making fun of him, would just be curious).

Then again maybe I would have watched him just fold a bunch especially if he was a little card dead.

Isn’t Riley/grpwins the old school Commerce 10/20nl prop short stacker that has been ridiculed here on the deuce for decades? He was known to eat a ton of free casino food back when it was all free for high limit players.

Even if Herbs and Rye clockwork oranged Diesel with modern poker strategy, it wouldn’t make much of a difference. Diesel’s soft skills are so bad as everyone here has mentioned, his constant quizzing, 20 questions, and begging for leftover food scraps from his opponents.

Exactly why I've told a few people I know like this they'd be better off if they were worse at poker bc at least they'd quit trying to make a living at it.

Imagine losing a pot with AA and having a total meltdown where you leave town and calling yourself a pro.
