Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.
No personal family information or situations allowed in the thread.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. I'm surprised Nomad doesn't sleep in his car more often.
Hospitals are the worst places to sleep the billing staff at hospitals hate nomads since they have to work and think nomads are getting free medical care since nomads never pay medical bills. Nurses especially have a keen eye for the errant nomad in a hospital parking garage since doctors usually have reserved special parking and never have to even look at a nomad except if one is wheeled into the Emergency Room.
Same for churches, the churches might do a nomad food bank but they sign over arrest authority at night to the local police department to patrol their lots at night and run license plates and wake people up for identification and trespassing.
Probably the best place are Indian casinos probably Talking Stick since many drunk people on the Indian reservation and Indian casinos have more leeway for drunks than Vegas and it is better to sleep in the Indian parking garages without being awoken. Non Indians cant be prosecuted in Tribal Court and it the US attorneys have low staff and likely to decline to file trespassing cases at Indian casinos.
Plus to risk being banned for boondocking at a casino one has status with to waive resort fees is just plain dumb. Better to do it at a casino you don't care about being kicked out from such as Red Rock or Sante Fe Station or South Point.
Industrial areas with public street parking should have been mentioned that is how the RVs do it in California.

I put the +/- at like 3.5 pots
Maybe someone should ask him for a video on the biggest pots he has played (winning and losing)

It's hilarious people like him and others don't realize how far away this means they actually were from the BBJ (even if they don't have the card needed in their hand)
It's like when someone is "one number off" the lottery. Thats great. and like 50 times harder to hit every number than every number but one.
I hate to defend Diesel but he normally tips 10% of any promo payout. He's won $100 and tipped $10 before.

He is MUCH more generous with the promotion tips than the "playing" tips.

after having spent most of my time playing in non tipping environments, it's still so bizarre to see it happen and even weirder to see people get shamed for apparently not tipping enough
I have been saying this for a while.
Diesel should switch over to a mini-van/van.
He could spend a couple of thousands of dollars to put in a bed, beef up the battery, maybe put in a small refrigerator, set up a small desk, computer. Make it reasonably nice & comfortable.
He does NOT have to make it a full conversion with a toilet/shower. He can use bathrooms in the casinos & shower at health clubs.
He also does not have to live in the van full time. He uses it when he can't get free rooms, heavily discounted rooms.
That would be a GREAT way to travel also.
That would also be a good way to spend 2-3 nights in it, get a hotel room for 1-2 nights, then switch back to the van.
If Diesel can continue to get free/cheap rooms, it would be tremendous investment for him. I think Diesel said he was spending like $800/month on AirB&B. With this van, he could cut down AirB&B tremendously.
When room rates in Vegas spike up, he just stays in the van AND can keep playing in the juicy games. He can also play for longer periods of time...when tired, just go to the van in the parking structure and sleep. He was leaving Vegas at PRECISELY the wrong time.
I think that after luck, game selection is the best thing to have. You want to generally be playing at night, on weekends, NOT Tuesday at 2:30 PM. Only nits are going to be at the tables on Tuesday afternoon. You want to be at a table with tired, drunk, loose gamblers.
