Well now i feel like a jerk, but yes my hoa is more than your rent, almost twice as much. Youre a 1-2 grinder/dealer, the only places ive played since the wsop are iveys room/table 1 or private rooms at resorts world. Would play with you when you come to vegas though if youd like, love the confidence, think its misplaced, but love it nonetheless.

Pretty incredible you can have rent so cheap though honestly, the cheapest rent i ever had was my first apartment when i was 21 and it was only 500 a month because my friend needed a roommate. That was some time ago though.

Diesel really if he was trying to make the most money in order to retire as early as possible, which he isnt doing. id think living wherever you live and dealing or playing poker in texas would be a really good thing for him to do, i bet you can really do well if youre willing to live like that. Plentiful 1-2 games with punters and reliable work, thats really a winning combination for someone like that.

For those who dont know, bike kings father passed away, which is very sad of course, and condolences to him.

However, i wonder if he will give it another go now, he previously said that he moved back home to take care of his dad. His latest updates via instagram are him cruising around what i assume are the smokey mountains somewhere on his motorcycle with some friends, which good for him.

I actually have played a couple times with his co host to his podcast, joe teehan, now, and at one point had lost the biggest pot of my live poker career to him, when he value bluffed jacks and i folded queens on some low board in a straddled pot where the stand up game was on. I think Joe and bike king share some similarities i will say that. Have never seen bike king in the wild but judging from how he moves and acts from his vlogs, i think they are very similar. Overall very nice guy though.

There was never a vlogger i rooted for harder or that i cared about the outcome of what happened with them more than with bike king, he will always be my white whale, and his vlog is the best to me still, except when he tries to re brand himself as a sports bettor or makes up a bunch of lies, which sadly plagues all his vlogs

Regarding the Trooper not vlogging through the big struggles of Sprkli, i dont think he is mentally stable enough the pull that one off. Even if those vlogs would get alot of views.

I would not be surprised if **** really hits the fan now with the candy empire, that it will be the end of them as a couple as well. Likely it will be the straw that breaks the camels back imo.

them trying to pull off this candy business was always an uphill battle but i'm pretty stunned that it looks like it's already over so soon after starting their commercial kitchen.

I would have thought they would have at least lasted through their lease but I guess some ****ups are too big to come back from.

I personally feel awful for lady trooper and even the trooper as they really worked their asses off, but if they were successful trooper would be non stop gloating and attacking his haters, so I feel like if haters want to laugh at his failure they are justified in doing so.

lol, there are plenty of nice places near Westgate, including many high-rise condos, there are a few places in your price range also that I wouldn't stay at if you paid me.

When factoring in "low" teacher pay, they never seem to mention the future pension benefits they receive. In Missouri, the median pension is $42K/year. If you have a paid off house that is enough to live off of, especially if you also have investments.

Now, Missouri teachers don't receive Social Security, but they also don't pay into it either, which leaves them more money to invest with.

Not only that he is more of a tight ass than Kessler, but i feel like incidents like the food choice at Wawa is showing symptoms like compulsive disorder or compulsions. I never understood the fascination with BikeKing.

When exactly did his poker vlog peak? All I have ever seen from him is one excuse after the other as to why he can't play, or why he has to quit playing. When was he actually playing regularly for a living and vlogging his play regularly?

It just seems he's in the same camp as Pchild. They like the idea of making a living from poker but aren't willing to do even 1/10th of the work required in order to make it a reality. So they just fart-ass around and pretend/fake it because they think it sounds cool to tell people they are professional poker players rather than the truth which is that they are unemployed losers.

Physics Nomad go on to address the fact that people from Ivy League schools feel superior to everyone for the rest of their lives and further that professorships are rigged in that even state schools only hire Ivy League graduates as full professors and thus since Physics Nomad went to a state school he was only an adjunct lecturer which lead to his homelessness. It takes money to make money in the professor game since only those who can afford graduate degrees from Ivy Legues schools earn the $900,000 full professor salaries and he is stuck as a Nomad unless he goes into private industry.

Physics Nomad is never going to make it unless he grows his beard out alot more and shaves his head and spends more time in parking garages.

Diesel's "Keep Track" stats is just something to do as he folds 90% of hands. He hardly talks and plays hands so it keeps his brain activated and engaged.

Normal people would be focusing on the game and how each player is playing and how they might play hands vs them. They also might go over a hand they played in their head. Not Diesel though. He needs to keep track of each pot size for five hours and how much in tips dealers are making.

I'm pretty sure that Rices' parents live in Long Island. The Median salaries in that county's school district are all over $100,000.

yeah I'm sure teachers are underpaid somewhere down South but it's largely not a thing in the tri-state area

about 5-6 years ago a friend told me he was making $90K base slinging math to middle schoolers in the meh area of South Jersey, I imagine he crossed a 6 fig threshold a while back

They also don't mention job security and tons of time off.
Most teachers are pretty worthless and at best glorified baby sitters.

Great teachers, while few and far between are definitely underpaid.
