Their business was prety much doomed to fail from the beginning when you consider how labor intensive their production process is. Their kitchen barely made them more efficient and seems to be what will bw the decision to doom them.

Even their marshmallows with huge margins they are relying on their 1 marble table and hand measuring and cutting them out, they can't mathemetically make enough to make their business make sense.

They should have kept their operations as a side hustle rather than trying to go big, there's a reason why other people aren't doing what they're doing. None of their products are scalable other than maybe their peanut brittle and even then it would require like 5x the tables they have. Not a single cooling table.

I give the trooper and lady trooper props for their efforts but the writing is on the wall. The math doesn't work out for this business. Yolo'ing his way through life somewhat worked out for the trooper but not even putting a proper business plan together and not having a cost benefit analysis is just dumb.
