FINALLY... right down the street from my home, station casinos is going to move forward with a new Casino facility. Station has owned the property for years.

Plans finally moved forward today for a Casino/Resort near 215 and Durango in Southwest Las #Vegas. The #ClarkCounty Commission approved designs and proposals at their zoning meeting for the land owned by Station Casinos. The vision is to build out the property in two phases which would eventually create a resort with more than 450 rooms, more than 90,000 square foot casino along with other amenities.
Station Casinos has owned the land for years but the economic environment and market conditions prevented the gaming company from asking for construction approvals until now.

The food hall is the only reason I'll eventually get over there sometime in the future. Shang Artisan Noodle, Nielsens and the Hawaiian spot are all places I'd go. The regular restaurants are the same bang average Mexican, Italian, steakhouse etc. that every casino offers.
