WSOP grind house share - May 27th for six weeks
Grinders.
I've rented 944 de Met Drive, about .5m from the airport, and 10 min drive from WSOP. Massive backyard and pool.
There is at least one shared car which saves on Ubers - which are about $15-20 to WSOP. Two big ass gas grills for cooking out back.
House is me, Aussie rec, Brit rec, looking for 2-3 more people. One room has two beds so could be shared.
The house is huge, but old. AC is great, but it looks like something out of a 1970s gangster movie. The rooms have TVs and Queen beds.
There is a massive TV lounge where one end is set up for multi-monitor online grinding.
$750 a week, $1250 for two weeks, $2500 for six weeks. Is as cheap as it gets considering no resort fees and shared cars.
DM me if interested. 1/2 due now. Money due in full by 10th May.

Idk what resort fees are these days - I suspect if you book now - might get 60-70 a night including resort fees... Last summer didn't have the house and I averaged over 100pn staying as cheaply as possible.
Anyhow - gl this summer.
No offense but if you get 2-3 roommates at the rent you're asking for, not only will you stay for the duration for free, you'll make a huge profit.
Do you offer any rakeback?
In my experience, booking is very erratic and time-dependent.
The numbers you see thrown around may not be your numbers, and your numbers today may not be your numbers tomorrow.
It's always worth poking around and seeing when you can get the best price.
There's not enough stability or consistency to say X venue costs Y dollars for Z days. The swings can be big.

Exactly this. I've cancelled and rebooked rooms in Vegas tons of times because rates change a lot, often times within a week or less of the actual stay.
Last year rooms Superbowl weekend were super expensive until a few days before the game. I remember I was originally supposed to check out 2 days before the game bc my rate at Harrah's was like 400 dollars and when I woke up that morning it showed comped so I added the extra day.
