Ramen Sora always great

If anyone is playing at the Venetian or nearby I recommend to check out the food court. The ramen place they have is absolutely amazing! I had the pork belly rice and it’s probably the top 10 foods I’ve eaten in Vegas. Had it 3 times in like 4 days, and it’s also only $19.

hell yeah, why would you not

Hell yeah, straight outta NYC

I finally made it to SoulBelly BBQ.

Got the lunch special. 1 protein (glazed pork belly) 1 side (brussel sprouts) white bread and pickles for $15. I also got a bag of vinegar and salt chicharron for $6.

Pork belly was cook very well and had good jiggle. The sauce was tasty and slightly overpowering. They had 3 sauces, a spicy, regular, and a Carolina sauce. I thought the Carolina sauce went best with the pork.

Brussels were flavorful and would recommend.

Chicharron was very crisp. I think they over seasoned with the vinegar powder.

I will go back in the future and try the other proteins. I'd choose this over Big Bs and Road Kill any day of the week.

I’ve had SoulBelly be excellent and I’ve had it be meh. At its best it’s the best BBQ in Vegas I’ve had, though I have not yet tried Wild Fig.

i 2nd ivan ramen at venetian food court.

a little on the small side , but flavor is there

i used to live a couple blocks from the original one on LES and its 80% as good as there which is enough for me to eat there if in the area.

The ramen at Ivan Ramen was just ok when I had it, can’t compete with Chinatown. But I’ll have to give that pork belly bowl a shot

Since everyone is talking ramen, and I think I’ve said this before, but been loving Silverlake Ramen on Arville/Spring Mountain. Just fantastic every time I’ve been.

On this topic, go to Shang Artisan Noodle. Thank me later.

Yes. This place is excellent.

The fries are battered and spicy. I love battered fries. I adore the fries at Hyde Park, but these are faaaaaast food fries and they are wonderful!!!

The other diners enjoyed them as well...

I wasn't. (Sophisticated travelers will spy Trophy Destination, Boulder Station, in the background. Raise!)

Burger A. Fries A++. Chocolate shake A++ (made with chocolate syrup!!!).

Nice!
But you shoulda asked for a seat at the bar.

Highly recommend Smoke Show BBQ in Henderson. Maybe best wings in town (Smoked Stupid claimed my top spot for a few weeks but it’s close here).

Brisket 9/10 solid bark
Pork belly 9/10 great glaze/bark
Pulled pork 6.5/10 a little dry
Ribs 9/10 maybe best in town?
Wings 10/10 truly great
Beans 8/10
Cornbread 7.5/10
Value - 8.5/10 was about $30/person

Uhg! I have stayed at Cosmo a few times and every morning I would walk by Eggslut and see the ridiciously long lines. I wouldn't stand in that line if they were giving free food and paying me. For me Vegas is a vacation and that means no standing in long, slow moving lines.

Obviously whatever egg sandwich you like. My gf like The Slut when she doesn't want a lot of bread. I've attempted making it at home and it came out decent.

I usually alternate between sausage agg and cheese and the cheeseburger, but throw the Fairfax into the rotation sometimes.

yeah, the slut has a limited menu that's mostly about what type of meat (or not) do you fancy today with your egg and cheese sandwich

Fairfax, add bacon. Taters

Also, if you are thinking about adding a mimosa, then make sure you know what you are ordering. They always had cans, but added a big bottle a few years ago. Not sure if that's still the case as I haven't been in like 18 months.

I went to Solamenta Pizza.

The OG Pepperoni $23. The flavor of the sauce was very mild. I'd prefer a more robust, flavorful sauce.

Biance Miele $20. I was very happy with this pizza and my entire group liked it.

Banana Split Pizza $15. It was their monthly dessert pizza. It had crumbled cookie on top. I was not a fan.

Just the Crust $8

What stood out was how delicious the crust was on each pizza. It was excellent. I was very surprised at how good it was tbh.

I’ve been wanting to try Solamente, now I want to more.

Has anyone here been to Office Bar in the Fruit Loop? It’s a Buffalo Bills bar, and I have been watching some Sabres games there recently. Food is great. It’s Naked City Pizza.

Cajun Butter Wings. Very tasty. They gave me all flats, even though I didn’t ask for that. Still very good and a really tasty Blue Cheese.

Garlic Parmesan fries. Excellent. Just love love love this style of fry. Not sure of any others in Vegas but love these fries.

Buffalo 22 but added mushrooms. It’s pepperoni, sausage, crispy garlic, then added mushrooms, white sauce w hot honey. Also very tasty.
