Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.
No personal family information or situations allowed in the thread.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Personal lives and anything aside from poker is OFF THE TABLE.

The son of a bitch El D/Rice won't show results for recent poker sessions, but he has no problem showing results from 2017.
ElD/Rice has gotta be trolling us, or he's got problems.

As for today, only Rice can eliminate all drama by going 1-5 for favorite rooms rather than 5-1.

I would argue that DN has well and truly eclipsed hellmuth as the poker brat. I know who Id rather have at my table, that's for sure. There is no-one more unbearable, regardless of whether he is winning or losing.

Hate to agree with this guy but I haven't liked DN in a few years. His summer vlogs from WSOP are great (too long) but he comes across as an entitled douche bag.

Hehe. The reason he has a meltdown when losing a buy-in is because, after expenses, he invests all of his remaining money. Because of this, he has very little liquid cash. A buy-in is a big portion of his liquid cash, so when he loses a buy-in, his world falls apart. The genius does not understand poker variance. His preference for keeping little liquid cash makes him scared money.

Well his Council Bluffs friends dropped out on his scab self since he was going to be trying to score a free dinner from them, so theres no need for him to go to CB anymore. Herbs n Rye must be pretty lonely to still have ELD getting free meals from him.
I love Diesel's favorite room video-- only made it 3 minutes in but it's so beautiful that his only reason Parx is #1 is because they keep tables filled aggressively, which triggers a 4 minute rant about a "piece of garbage" who's literally a whale with the highest MGM status who gets up from the table a lot to play slots.

Doubt he’s a whale, that’s why Diesel is pissed. The guy is probably a nitty winner like diesel but instead of getting a leather ass like diesel, he gets up and checks machines. Mgmg is a big joint and he probably gets hung up on longer plays. In Vegas that is totally fine, when I played in a small town with 1 casino I would push for the nits to be picked up. Some of them would sit down, ask for a seat change button, and then go run errands at Walmart if there wasn’t a window licker playing 90/30 lol gtfo.

ELD also advises casinos to reduce the number of slot machines in another video. Although this is misguided since the slot machines earn profits for the casinos which can then be bestowed upon low stakes low volatility poker players.

He’s so clueless, he says no one plays them but doesn’t realize even the most out of the way machines get a lot of play, just change the denom on a machine where it’s static and check in an hour/day. They generate way more than poker rake. Also, it takes a lot more hours to staff a poker room and keep them staffed, he should know that, as a temp dealer who turned down continued employment as a dealer. He’s an Ivy leaguer that doesn’t understand how overtime works but thinks it’s easier to to keep a poker room running than it is to wipe the loads off of a few slot machines.
I understand at this point he’s just embarrassing himself or being a lolcow because he wants $300/month risk free but geez Diesel have some self respect.

LOL, I think Red Rock is a nice room, I like it. Although I've been a bit unlucky at Talking Stick it was a wide variety of games. Especially compared to his beloved Bally's, that usually has 2, sometimes 3, different games.

Rice astutely points out that he frequently observes machines not being played. By his reasoning if every single gaming machine isn't utilized 24/7 then that means there are surplus machines.
He is adamant that they should be sold to optimize gaming floor space and other resources for more important things like extending/upgrading the poker room. That way Nomads like himself can be more comfortable while they fold everything except for AA enroute to status/rewards/comps/promos
