To my knowledge, his old CLP content and live stream footage of him playing are from 8-10 years ago.

I highly doubt that he plays anything close to the same style nowadays. How can you know what style he has?

Maybe SABR has played with him more recently than that, or SABR knows regs who have played with him more recently than that...

I dont, though there are videos from only 6 years ago. I'm gambling in my assertion that it hasn't evolved to a theory-driven approach, if he still plays at all. Theory was plenty available 6 years ago, and he still leaned into exploitative. I could be wrong, but I'd still bet on sabr.

Breck today went from skiddy at 9AM to slushy at 11AM. Bring yer wet suit if you're skiing past noon. The upper reaches were probably the same with an adjustment of time frame. The ungroomed trails were uncomfortable all morning. You have Ikon (Copper) option?

Plenty of bare spots on Peak 7 and 8. They closed 9 and 10 today.

Storm tonight might dump 5-10" of the moderately wet variety.

Question: Would SPC like a training buddy? I have a neighbor that is a Serious biker and has been in county for many years and probably has several routes that might interest her. Working stiff but can ride before or after. Let me know and I will reach out to him.

KS - thanks for the update on conditions. No ikon for us. epic only. SPC is currently working on stringing back to back longer days with overnights to hammer out what is essential gear and what isnt (as well as getting calorie intake dialed, etc). This wknd there is a 200k brevet in N utah. She will bike there sleep, ride the event, then overnight then bike home. We figgered biking to colorado and making some turns dovetails nicely with this if the skiing is still "reasonable"

I’m from the Bay Area, and I have family that lives everywhere around there. My dad and siblings used to live in Stockton, off French Camp road by that 76 station with a Togos in it (if it’s still that). I have a pass to talk on it, and I must say I would pass on living there after what I have seen. To each their own though, I’m not hating. We can still be homies.

Found out today Jr is off on Friday. If I’m feeling better by then I think we are coming up then and possibly Sunday. The weekend after we may come up for the 27th and 28th since they shutting it down after that. 2-4 more in me if I can kick this crud!!

Looked at cams, I70 is open. Just a bunch of wetness going on. You Summit people sure are picky. :p

Unfortunately, Copper does not permit spring skiing with the purchase of a 24/25 Ikon pass. WP continues to be a cut above the rest.
