One MP limp, I raise AcJd to $12 on the Button, both blinds and the Limper call.
FLOP: Qc8d3c (pot: $45, 4-ways) Check check check I just check too.
TURN: Qc8d3c 9s The SB (stack $250) leads out for $20. Two folds. I call.
RIVER: Qc8d3c 9s 2c (pot: $85)
SB leads out for $30. We raise to $130.

RESULT: I raised to $130 and he snap-folded.
Sometimes the read is all that matters. You sensed weakness and trusted your gut. I'm OK with it - that's poker!
Not sure this is really a bluff. Semi-bluff at best w/Ac and gut shot. I wonder if you had best hand all along.....
