Flopping the low end of a straight and facing aggression

Flopping the low end of a straight and facing aggression

1-2 NL, both villains in this hand are relatively competent regs but I don't know much about their exact tendencies. Effective stack is about $250 for all three of us

Hero is in BB with 4s, 5h. Pot is limped multiway and hero checks.

Flop is 6c, 7c, 8d

SB checks and hero leads out for $10. LJ calls and CO raises to $45, action folds to me.

I put him on a set or two pair trying to protect from draws, so I decided to just call and not scare him away. LJ also calls though.

Turn is 4h

I check, LJ checks, and CO immediately continues for $95, no hesitation. LJ looks like he can't wait to fold when it gets back to him.

Call, jam, or fold?

I would re raise the flop hoping to gii (with starting stacks of 125 bb's eff). If he has a FD and gets there or ends up with a higher straight I wouldn't even think twice about my decision, but that's just me.

As played jam the turn

I hate these spots. I feel like I can hear Doyle Brunson saying " Don't go broke in a limped nothing pot" So typically I would say this is a judgment call based on V. But since we have no real reads on Vs and we just assume they are typical 1/2 players, There are lots of hands you beat that are in that range. This hand is likely all in on the river so I would just get it in now.

Just jam over the flop raise. If he has 9T so be it. He rarely has 59. So he’s got all the 2p, sets plus FDs and combo draws. They have a ton of equity and you want to get the chips in before the board either improves him or kills your action.

Yeah, at this stack depth, I think I just jam over his flop raise, and live with the results. If V is competent, I'd think he'd be raising pre with his pocket pairs and T9s.

This flop smashes everyone's limping range. He could have a lot of 87o here, targeting our 76 and 8x, as well as all our 9x and flush draws.

As played, we're not folding, so jam turn.

I did jam and he called. We had the same hand.

I asked because my one friend at the table was saying he would probably fold the turn in my position, which I thought was kind of insane but I do understand it. I admit I lost some confidence when he continued to fire after the turn. I feel like a set would slow down there, so the only other reasonable option was 9, 10 or the same hand.

Need to 3bet flop imo. Not sure if its a 3bet gii or a 3bet fold though.
