Lost on what to do with TT on flop
$1/3 6handed
Hero UTG TdTs
Villain 1 (HJ) $155
Hero- $335
Pre-flop: Hero raise $10, HJ call, CO call, BTN 3 bet $75. Hero call, HJ call.
Flop 854r (pot $230)
Flop action: Hero checks, HJ jams all in $80. BTN pretty calls quickly.
I was a bit lost on what to do in this spot. I was feeling good when HJ bet but the BtN call with me still left to act is what got me confused.
I won’t spoil the rest of the hand I just would value input. No lives reads on opponents but seemed like passive table but I was only there 2 orbits
the weird thing about TT is that it often has RIO because we are tempted to GII with overpairs, so you should be even more inclined to fold it pre vs a 3b than a small pair.
Get their phone numbers, and ask them to text you next time they're headed to the card room. Only way to get your money back. Plus, massive EV against these two.
Live and learn. Or live, laugh, love. Whichever seems most applicable.
Do you remember what the run-out was? I'll laugh my balls off if the board double-paired and they chopped.

The AK held with a rivered TEN. Both of these gentleman were out of the game after two hours after losing multiple buy ins hahaha. It was a very very good game after this first hand I blundered. But I was able to refocus and had one of the best sessions I have ever had at $1/3.
Ouch. Got a feeling that one stung for a while.
They say pain is the most effective teacher, though...
I would raise more pre.
AP, I like calling, raising all in preflop is probably ideal.
On flop, short of spiking a 10, this is about as good as one can ask for? Especially with V1 stack size, auto call.
If he had $500 behind, it’s different.
Fold flop. Folding pre is fine too. Vs a good reg a call is going to be 0 EV. Vs a player who underbluffs, it could be -EV. You're not deep enough to really hit your implied odds.
