AT sucked in by IO?
1/3 NLHE, 8 handed
Table is a mix of LPs, nits and one good TAG.
V1 - unknown to me. seems beginnerish. has been passive and calling but not a station. have seen him get really aggressive one hand RFI-bet-bet-AI w/ KK. Has never 3bet in an hour Ive seen him. Covers. HJ.
V2 - old asian man bleeding down 100-200$ BIs. 100$ BTN.
H - has won a few hands and is up to 650$. 650$ MP.
---
H sees A♥ T♥ opens 10, V1 3bets to 40, V2 cold calls off 100$, H calls. 3 ways OOP.
Flop 120 - J♣ T♠ 3♥
H checks, V1 bets 50, V2 folds, H?

Call. Eval turn.
Yep, call and evaluate. Not sure I like the flat pre vs. an unknown, passive "beginner."
I fold pre but that's just me.
He's a weak passive newish player who's range should be extremely strong when he 3bets for the first time. He was seen being really aggressive in only one hand while he had kings.
I would fold otf then excuse myself from the table to take a walk for bleeding my money away in the hand.
what would you guys be doing if 3h wasnt a heart? say JT3sdc
This is probably just be a fold pre, especially since villain has not showed any agressive tendencies.
V2 having 60 also puts Hero in worse spots, since v1 can check hoping v2 shoves light and Hero gets sandwiched if v1 wants to xr.
As played, relatively normal call on the flop, though a lot scarier vs overly tight villain.
Open is fine. Fold or 4bet to isolate the short stacker. Probably fold.
ATs doesn't exactly play well to a 3bet as a call...especially out of position, and especially especially OOP to two people and one of them has an SPR of 0.5. If it's an A high flop you won't love any more bets from V1. Same if it's a T high flop. Or if you flop second pair and some backdoor flush and straight draws you're also in a weird place like the spot you ended up.
As played. Probably calling flop and folding turn to another bet unless we pick up equity.
Fold pre. 4x'd from IP vs a beginner who seems passive unless he has it. As played I guess we peel flop, but I don't love it
It's so wonderful to see that so many people are chasing in big bloated up 3bet multiway pots tryna hit runner runner. Poker is no wheres near or will ever be dead in the near or distant future.

I mean folding flop is fine too. I don’t think everyone saying call flop is simply chasing running hearts.
We may have the best hand here and AK/AQ is probably not going to barrel turns on this texture against a 3-bet caller.
Fold to the 3B pre. V2 is going to be jamming so many flops at his stack depth, and we're going to end up fighting with V1 over a side pot.
AP,. fold flop. If we call, the SPR will be around 2.5 on the turn, and we'll end up having to jam or call a jam with a weak pair + a draw, or just folding on a brick.

Pretty much this.
And I thought the games are getting worse but maybe all these live cash streaming are good in the end?!?
Op, easy fold to the 3bet. It's live low stakes, when a unknown 3bets you you always fold dominated suited aces like these. That's not how you make money at these stakes.

OMG no, Banana! It's a trivial fold to the 3b especially OOP and given villain description.
As played flop is close. Don't think there's much in it either way.

the best comparison i can find for pre is to take a look on gtow at 200bb nl500 rake. i know the stacks are a bit different here bc of the button but this is one of the few publically available free solves that lets btn cold call the 3b. anyways. compare you open utg mp 3betting and how to play vs that compared to when the button cold calls. if you're not willing to look at this stuff on your own while playing a million hours / posting hands and asking if you should move up idk how to help you.
here at least pure defend ATss without button cold caller and pure fold with
