BEST TRAINING SITE

BEST TRAINING SITE

Mods: didn't see a sub forum explicitly for this question...feel free to move.

So, I've felt my live cash game has grown stagnant and I want to try a training site. I've briefly worked on Johnathan Little's site and enjoyed it, but want to know what you guys think...what's the best training site you've tried? And why?

What's the difference between Little and Polk...what other sites are worth exploring? What's the best value? Etc.

Thanks!

Polk's site (Upswing Poker) is very GTO-oriented. Lots of talk about frequencies and being unexploitable. Little's site (pokercoaching.com) is much more practical and accessible to beginners. For the vast majority of people, I would recommend pokercoaching.com.

Pokercoaching.com is good. Crush Live Poker is focused on live cash, but their Discord is even more toxic than 2p2. Red Chip Poker has a good reputation for live cash.

I've never tried Upswing; but Polk is such a tool and bully that I can't recommend giving him money.

Try a search ITF. It's a topic that comes up a lot.

I have no comment about Upswing Poker, but I was talking to one of the best pros in my player pool, and he commented to me that the Crush Live Poker Discord chat was a complete **** show. So that's additional evidence for AlanBostick's comment that CLP gets a big thumbs down for its disappointing Discord chat.

Yeah, pick something simple for beginners without toxic crap. After you improve, just buy solvers or hire a coach.
