CRAZY PINNEAPPLE STRATEGY PLEASE HELP ME!!!

hey guys i play live in some private games at first we played NLH now it has turned into a dealer's choice game with NLH/Crazy Pineapple...the button chooses which game is going to be played and at least 7/ 10 play crazy pineapple which is you get dealt 3 cards, have a round of betting preflop just like NLH, then after the flop you discard one card and play resumes with betting just like NLH

i am looking for some books, videos, or strategy sites on this game because on both of the places i frequent it has become the main variant at least 70-80% of the time, or at least some helpful tips from the people in this forum

the game is 1/1 blinds, people buy in for the minimum of $30 usually, some start with $50 and the rare $100 stack makes an appearance, i usually buy in for $60 or 60bb...at least a quarter of the table (the bigger stacks) plays with a mississippi button straddle, a 50% of your stack capped blind bet on the button and the sb begins the action

my opponents are crazy there's an all in practically every other hand, they are action freaks and my image is that of a tight nit rock who always bets the nuts

any tips will be welcomed

You should be a tight nit rock who always bets the nuts.

Start with 3 cards that are all connected. K Q J, not K J 5

Throw away whatever doesn't hit the flop. Look for nut flushes and straights. Not much room to maneuver when 30-60bb deep. Play tight and aggressive. Don't be afraid to bluff blockers to the nuts when deeper unless villains are calling stations. All decisions are villain dependent, your mileage may vary.

thanks for replying kind sir

i have a few questions

my high pairs AA KK, keep getting cracked, i have adjusted by raising more before the flop than i would on NLH, for example on my table i would raise $12 with AA in NLH, in crazy pineapple i make it $24 in the same position same opponents same everything, i try to play those pots heads up even though i know i might be leaving value on the table by letting one more player in

could you elaborate on the BLuff blockers to the nuts part????

once again thanks for the advice

villains are HUGE calling stations btw, i am the only player at the table they kind of fear knowing i almost always bet the nuts
