% opponent has hit this hand
We have qq and raise to get hu pf. We for question are oops or in position... on to the question.
On a 10,10, 3 rainbow flop. What is percent time opponent has a 10 if:
1. If we are first to act and bet and get called what is the percent?
2.If we raise and get repaired?
3. If we are 2nd to act and opponent raises?
4. If 2nd and opponent check raises?

Without stack sizes, bet sizes, player reads, etc., the answer is "Who knows?"
When this info isnt given the proper thing to do I'd assume everything is standard.. which is what I'm looking for.

Nothing is standard. My default on a paired board like this, with no real draws, is to bet 1/3 pot call as the pf aggressor with a somewhat vulnerable OP. Whether I call or fold depends on my read of the V. AA, I might even check and see what V does on the turn. Or flop, if we're first to act.
Where did we open? For how much did we open? Did we open over limpers? What position is V? What's our image? What's our read on V?
Seems like a WA/WB situation. Depending on stacks, may want to keep things small, may want to decide things now and hope V doesn't have a T.
Construct ranges for V, and for what you should be playing for your position, and see what the math says.
Agreed that this is unanswerable. How much of V's calling range pre has a ten in it?
1) V probably doesn't have a T, but just doesn't believe that you do. Sometimes he does, though, since there's no reason for him to raise on such a dry board unless he has to raise early to get full stacks in because y'all are quite deep.
2.If you raise and get repaired, something very weird has happened. First, you can't raise if no one has bet yet. Second, why are you broken? If you meant bet and get raised, this depends so much on V, position, and on bet/stack sizes that it's basically a guess.
3. I assume you mean if V donks out (bets from out of position)? Again, this is a bet, not a raise. It also depends heavily on other factors, especially stack sizes.
4. Again, depends, but mostly not a T, as most Vs would be worried about losing their customer. More commonly an overpair, and sometimes just an "I don't believe you" raise. How often? Unanswerable.
Please don't ask questions this vague. I only replied to give you some idea of other factors to consider. Since there's really no way to dig into that in a "assume all other factors are standard" way, I'm locking this. Please post more detailed questions in the future.
