Against two calling stations, seems like a pretty easy 1/3-1/2 psb.

Yeah I would bet here and plan on stacking off. The SPR is 3 and with the $10 straddle on, you are playing 40 big blinds. Not really a spot to get fancy.

My default would be to bet 1/3 pot or $40 here since you are multi-way, but I think maybe you could size up a little so that you can jam blank turns. I don't think the sizing is going to matter a ton in this spot.

Bet, obviously. SPR is 3 so shouldn't be hard to get stacks in; I'd aim to get them in by the turn, so if you go to 80 and get one caller there's a PSB left. Maybe I'd hedge my bets and make it 70. You could just do the default small sizing here as well but really you just want to get all the money from overpairs and flush draws rather than getting someone to call a small bet with say KQ and hope they hit on the turn.

If anyone jams I'm calling off, they can do this with worse value plus you have your gutshot.

Your preflop sizing could be a little bigger.

Definitely betting vs. calling stations. I'd go about $60, maybe a little more because of the draws -- charge them as much as you think they will pay.

Lets say in this same scenario I was up against 2 solid non-calling stations. Do I still bet here 100% of the time 3-ways? Is this too wet a board to slow play?

Why would you want to slow play? The time to build the pot is now, before a high card scares away a medium overpair, and before a flush or straight completing card scares away everyone.

In the event that you were up against two solid players (which you might quibble with the EP limp, but whatever) you might just want to bet small which you'd probably be doing with quite a lot of hands.

against calling stations size up

against tighter players size down

EP limp feels like 22-99 a lot happy to just bet and stack off against this range.

Still betting and charging draws. Solid players should not have hit this very hard except with draws.

FWIW, against calling stations, I probably go $50 pre.

This wheel card flop is good for you. You have a straight draw plus the aces and it hits a lot of hands, so you should get action. I would be fairly large on this flop.
