Good Bad Ugly Quiz from SSNLHE Book

Is there any interest in discussing this section of the 2+2 book? I know the NVG announcement thread quickly cratered over the five example hands in the posted Introduction.

For instance, Quiz Question 1 IÂ’d sure like to know how that pot got to $80 on the turn headup in a presumed $1-3 game, but I also understand the point David & Mason are trying to illustrate.

One difficulty I have always had with otherwise excellent 2+2 books is many of the sample hands seem unlikely to occur in the games I play in, in contrast to the late Bob CiaffoneÂ’s books.

I posted this here because I think it will get far more (cogent) replies than anywhere else, but move delete if necessary.
