2/5 AA blunder?
Playing $2/$5 stacks are $1.1k on hero and like $3k on V. V is youngish white guy appears to be a knowledgeable player, discussing strategy with the other players. Said he would have folded AKs when another player open raised AKs, got 3 bet by opp1, tilted guy opp2 4 bet all, AKs guy 5 bet all in for $1k. opp1 who 3 bet QQ folded.
OTTH:
Hero in BB with AA. opp1 from the other hand makes it 20, V makes it 75 in the SB, hero makes it 200. SB calls quickly. Flop JT6 two spades. V checks hero checks. Turn is 7spades, V bets 300 hero folds. V did show what he had. Was I supposed to bet flop with a large or small sizing and call an all in/raise? He has a lot of JJ and maybe some TT I have almost none so thats why I checked to see what happened, the SPR is only about 2.25. On the turn I still beat KK and QQ which he might bet at this point (i thought he might 5bet KK too), but I don't have a spade in my hand either.

200 is too small pre and flop is a mandatory bet
reveal: V showed red KK, he thought i had AK
Oof.
They always put us on AK.
Somewhat surprised he just flat called your 4B pre. But there again, that may have been because you took a smaller 4B size. If you went bigger, it puts him in a jam or fold situation.
Hard for him not to think KK is the best hand when the flop checks through. I'd have bet my hand too, in his spot.

Have to bet flop. If he check/shoves on you, you have a decision to make. Would AXs take a c/rai line in a 4bet flop? AKs might, but AQs would probably call, AJs still in his range, ATs as well perhaps blind v blind. But you can't give a free card and relinquish the aggression, because a thinking player can sense it and may think it's worth taking a stab at it. He's deep, so can easily bet/fold turn. You have a good hand. Get it in while you're likely ahead.
