Is this my best calling hand vs River max bet? KT

Game is $2-$100 spread-limit. Blinds $1-$2 but a $4 straddle is on.

CO open limps for $4, I raise to $16 with KhTs, Straddle calls and limper calls.

FLOP: Td7h4h (pot: $50, 3 ways) they check I bet $35 only the limper calls.

TURN: Td7h4h 5h (pot: $120, heads-up). He checks I check. I think this is one of my best candidates to check back, with the flush draw.

RIVER: Td7h4h 5h 5s (pot: $120, heads-up).

He bets the $100 max. Is this a snap call?

RESULT: I do think this is one of my very best calling hands here. I have a Ten and a big Heart—I felt this was a much better call than, say, two black Jacks.

Villain tables pocket 44s for a boat and I lose.

What exactly OTR do we beat that V gets there with and then makes a max bet that is ~80% PSB?

At low stakes we really have to guard ourselves against Pseudo GTO BS and leveling ourselves.

It's a no brainer fold IMO.

Check-call, check-check, blöff is such a common line but what hands is he bluffing here - turning a smaller pair into a blöff?
