Is this a suicidal River raise with TPGK?

Is this a suicidal River raise with TPGK?

Blinds $1-$2. V starts with $120 and I cover.

V limps in EP, I raise to $14 with KcJd in MP, only he calls.

FLOP: Kh6c2c (pot: $30, heads-up). He checks I check (with the Kc in my hand I decide this is the best hand to protect my checking range)

TURN: Kh6c2c 3s (pot: $30, heads-up). He bets $12, I call.

RIVER: Kh6c2c 3s Qh (pot: $52). He bets $16. I raise to $80 to put him all-in.

Fine as played, or too ambitious?

Do really expect him to call with KT? K9? K8? QJ?

He almost certainly calls with AK and all better. KJ is dicey imo KT probably folds from a non drooler.

It seems speculative at best and likely bad absent reads.

Bet the flop to protect the rest of your range. Raise the turn as is. I think the river is fine

It's thin but probably fine. He probably isn't betting 2pair or better for this size on the river.

He's limp calling $14 at 1/2 with a $100. He's a drooler and I wouldn't be surprised to see him show up and call with a hand like K5s.

Like occasionally you are beat here against a guy who doesn't know how to value bet, and a fair amount of the time he is just folding, but I think we get value more often than we value own ourselves here.

I don't like the flop check. We don't need to protect our checking range because we aren't worried about getting exploited by a limp caller. And we can range bet a K high board anyways so we don't need to have a checking range to protect.

Like, we're going to bet this flop with AQo for 1/3, but we are going to check when we actually have a K?

We should c-bet the flop. I might have checked back turn of our flop bet gets called. As played I think the river raise may be too thin but is probably okay. We'll lose sometimes, but we'll win more.

I'd shove even if it was $180 total. I find it hard to believe they take this line with enough hands you're losing to, and I'm guessing limp callers aren't the best at bet folding river

If you were against some nitty live reg who won't snap any Kx I think you can flat KT (and bluff jam everything worse than Qx of course)
