Also, could be nut flush. Sometimes I see a large bet when Villain had the nuts OTT, but decided to wait for the river to get value, and now regrets not raising the turn, since they no longer have the nuts.

Barring some history with BB, or reads not in the HH, I would just let this one go. Yes, you have a bluff catcher, but I don't think the player pool bluffs enough here.

You must be far down your own range here; you can fold without it being exploitable

Seems like a pretty straightforward fold.

I would be tempted to fold the turn and would definitely fold if 4-way. Probably still folding quite a bit based on feel about UTG.

I would say BB's most likely holding is T8s or if he's very loose preflop, specifically Tc8.
