1/2. Effective stacks 100-500. Dealer calls Qh exposed. Folds to hero in UTG+2 with AsQc. Hero?

Easy fold.

You open just don't call 3bet. You are too strong to fold. Most of the value from AQ is dominating Ax holdings not spiking a Q post.

Fold, AQo, maybe AJo, should be the bottom of our offsuit ace range from this position on most tables, and with this extra info significantly decreasing the value of our hand, absolutely no reason to play it.

Our chances of hitting a flopped pair drop from 32-33% to 28-ish. It's not great, but I tend to Boom's view here: we lose value obviously, but it's not a bad open at position 3 of 9.

Open for a normal raise.

Yes, it sucks to see the Qh exposed, but on the plus side, if we do spike a Q, our opponents will be more likely to view it as a blank / brick, and not give us credit for having it.

Also, if we spike an A, it's less likely we'll be chopping with other AQ.

I think the implied odds benefits of continuing balance out against the decreased likelihood of catching another Q.

It's 1/2. Still a good chance a rec is going to call with a worse ace or a worse Q anyways. If we get it heads up we still have a fair amount of ways to win without hitting a pair. I am still probably going to open it. If rake is really bad and your raise size is really high it might be close, but against their wide ranges and with our postflop edge, I think it is still likely to be a profitable open.

I would be less inclined to 3bet our hand or call a 3b though.

I fold AJo from EP at most tables, but would open AQo, even with the exposed card. As others have said, it's a fold facing a 3b, though.

I actually think there is some fun live poker meta potential with these spots, where if the board does come Q-high, no one ever believes that you have a queen and will call down with any pair. That shouldn't really affect your decision obviously, but I have still found it to be true.
