Villain 3 (30yo Asian male, 50/25, $1300) calls in the SB
Flop (4 players, $85): Qh 9c 4d
Villain 3 checks, Hero bets $40, Villain 1 folds, Villain 2 calls, Villain 3 folds
Turn (heads-up, $165): 3d
Hero bets $150, Villain 2 min-raises to $300
What do you do?

Since you neither block diamonds nor JT, I think you have to call the raise, especially without any reads.
Think his min-click is BS. Just call, and look to play some poker on the river.
I find that players often minraise in-position on these types of boards to check back on the river. I would call turn and expect to be ahead of something like KQ or QJ the vast majority of the time.
If he continues big on the river you can consider folding. The nice part is that he may even check back some hands that beat you (something like 43s, for instance) if the river is remotely scary.
