1/3 full ring, I just got there, buy-in 200

V just came back from meal break, he wasn't there b4 so no idea how he plays, he won a mid pot on first hand back w a good hand/std play (AA held) and now this:

V EP bets 15, MP calls, H calls with QTs in LP

Flop (48) Q98fd no betting
Turn 5r V bets 21, MP folds, H calls
Rvr (90) 9r V asks to see my stack (he covers as he probably has 375), announces AI(!).

H is thinking WTF, does he have a weaker Q or JJ to push me out of tp, or did he really lose value if he flopped a monster? What do you guys put him on? Call for our stack or live another day?

Of course it could be a bluff. You said you have no idea how V plays so why would you think he 5x the pot bluffs on the river?
