Squeeze ? Super action table
1-3 tonight short stacked to monster stacks whom are playing everything aggressive
On the button
v2 Table change player i haven't played against sits down with 1350$ eff haven't seen much from him over the hour but will 3 barrel and plays for stacks with trash as well... small sample size k7 suited pre 65$ hit a 7 and barrels for 125$ continues the whole way lit board gets jammed on river with a two paired board and folds he showed his hand to us basically nothing but a 7 with a king kicker and a busted flush draw..
V1 small blind literally raises every hand has been catching alot very hot 1400$ eff typical raise from sb and bb if any limps or 15-20$ is 65$-85$ with complete air. Caught quads with k4 off two hands ago running stupid hot 4 on flop bets 120$ turn 4 bets 205$ river 4 bets 350$ called down by aces. Just dumb aggressive showed hands like 4 6 off and 7 10 off at show down to win huge pots raising the whole way and just catching up on the river with the nuts
Hero has shown down pretty nutted hands hasn't gotten much action hasn't shown any bluffs playing very very tight since the table is so loose.
Hero Ah 10h MP (EFF 425$)
Folds around
Now I know someone is going to raise if I limp so I just limp here for 3$ planning on having someone make it between 40 and 65$.. CO calls button makes it 25$ sb calls first time i haven't seen him 3 bet but probably because the big stack has position and his hand is complete trash.
Action folds around to Hero i reraise to 100$ i want some action but I'm not trying to push these two out of the hand. Both call. Everyone else folded.
Board
8h8s2h
Sb x, Hero 55$, button 125$ sb folds?!?! Never seen him do that one he can't seem to find the fold button anywhere. No way I'm calling i Jam it all i know this guy is so FOS he tanks for 2 minutes staring me down thinking and finally calls.
Was this a good move or not the time to ship it?

So, BTN is V2? I think it's fine, although I probably just raise the first time around if they are 3betting w/ junk.
Although I don't get the LRR with ATs, the raise to $100 is fine because it should be enough to take down the pot most of the time, and raising more or shoving likely gets called only by worse or by hands you're flipping with.
However, the idea of raising to a suboptimal amount OOP with a non-premium in hopes of keeping other players in the pot has to be a -EV play.
Wow.
I sort of get the limp-3B strat in this situation, but I think I'd be doing it way more polar. ATs is sort of too in-between, I think, and might just be better as a standard open.
The 4x size seems okay when we're OOP to the initial raiser and see one call, because the limp-3B is such a strong move. But I might even go 5x to $125, basically just a hair under the pot-commitment threshold, leaving enough room for someone to jam, which I guess we'd call, because shenanigans, or whatever the hell we're calling this.
Flop is about as good a board as we could hope for with AXhh. We've only got a PSB left, so I might just jam when action is on us the first time. Definitely not gonna flat call with only $200 left behind. Kinda prefer to just check-jam though. If we check the flop, it'll look like we're just giving up with AK no hearts, and CO sounds like the kind of V to bet 100 when action checks to him.
The fact that he tanks for 2 minutes makes me think he was not FOS. Maybe he has a worse flush draw, but more likely he's got 99-JJ and we're hoping to spike an A or a heart.
Spoiler
jammed he called he had KQh two bricks came and I took the pot Ace high.
Ace high can be a monster in spots like this.
Nice hand.
LOL. I need to play against guys like this!
Doesn't always work out but when it does I prefer Dos Equis
