Call and evaluate river.
Honestly i might consider xing flop
One might consider checking back flop at some frequency, but a cbet in position seems totally fine.
Turn looks like a farily obvious call to me.
I'd really want to raise here. Seems like SB picked up a draw, is trying to set his own price, and he's just going to check-fold if he bricks out.
Our KK double-blocks the nut straight, and combos like KJ. Doubtful V is getting here this way and doing this with Q8. No real reason for V to donk QJ on the turn when hero c-bets the flop.
My guess is V has ATss, or some AXss combo, or maybe TXss.
I'd probably make it $500, and see what V does.
Spoiler
hero raises to 500 snap called by sb
River 10s
Sb checks, hero makes it a questionable 200$, sb min clicks to 400$, hero???
Thought this was super interesting river play here. Thoughts?
I don't like turn raise blocking straights on a paired board, esp. when we can still have the best hand a lot and have a lot behind when we don't.
If V checked it's not like I'd bet big anyway, so if his bet is a block it's probably only saving him $40.
Seen spoil river ... seems like clicking buttons.
